On a speeding train heading for certain death, Roblox Terminal Escape Room mixes the genre up by giving you a very limited timer. You have to figure out how to slow down the train and escape before you die. Forty-five minutes seems like a lot from the outside, but when you’re in the game, you feel every single wasted minute. If you’re stuck or just want to speed the process along, I can guide you through Roblox Terminal Escape Room. Bring some buddies with because it’s even better with friends!
Terminal Escape Room Guide: Finding the Code to the Keypad
Right off the bat, Terminal Escape Room gives you your first task: find the code to the keypad. Look around and you’ll see rows of seats. If you interact with one, the seat will flip up to reveal a number. To open the door, you need to figure out which seats have the correct number.
Look above the windows. See the posters along the top? You can actually interact with them, too. You only need to concern yourself with the Lucky Winners post. Reading it will give you four seat numbers:
- A2
- C6
- B8
- A5
Each of these corresponds to a seat you need to lift up, which will reveal four numbers: 3, 4, 7, 9. And there you have the code to the first door! It also happens to be that exact order, too.
Terminal Escape Room Guide: Locating the Keycard
Head over to the second door in Terminal Escape Room and give it a look. You’ll see that you need a keycard to open the door. It just so happens the keycard is in the vending machine to your left. You need two quarters to get it, though!
Double back to the first room and head to the very back of the train to find a flower pot. Look inside and you’ll find your first quarter.
Go back to the second room, then make a right to find an ATM. The ATM will give the second quarter you need if you input the correct code using the keypad beside it. The code is: 1, 2, 3, 5.
When you get your second quarter, go back to the vending machine, use the code 2C to choose the keycard, then press the green button. Now onto the third door!
Terminal Escape Room Guide: Resetting the Fuse Box
So, this time we have another keypad and a fuse box to reset. The first thing you want to do is interact with the keypad as this will trigger your next task. The power will go out, something will fall out of the fuse box, and now you have to find it. (Hint: it’s a fuse.)
Get out your flashlight and double back to the first room again. Now, the fuse can be anywhere in the first room, so look under the seats and even behind them. I found it behind the seats, but it’s also been known to appear under B5, for example.
Place the fuse back into the fuse box and flip the switches like so, starting from the top row and going left to right:
- Top Row: Up, Down, Up, Up, Down
- Bottom Row: Up, Down, Down, Down, Up
With the door powered back up again, use this code to unlock it using the keypad: 3, 9, 6, 7.
Terminal Escape Room Guide: Stopping the Train
How do you stop this crazy thing? To finish up our Roblox Terminal Escape Room guide, you just need to pull the red switch on the wall to your right as you come in. But uh, oh! You need another code!
That won’t be a problem. The code for the last and final keypad is: 7, 9, 4, 1. The red switch will turn green and you can stop the train! For your efforts, you’ll receive the “You Escaped!” badge, which is one of four badges. If you fail (intentionally or otherwise), you can actually get a second badge.
Of course, this isn’t the end of your journey since there’s a second chapter to solve (and an upcoming third chapter).
