In its initial version, Wuthering Waves faced more challenges than it would’ve wanted. While the game has brought joy to many, its launch was riddled with issues. However, Wuthering Waves has been swift in its response, offering a range of compensations for the bugs encountered in transactions, Echoes upgrade mechanics, and even the leaking of gamers’ personal information. These compensations include Astrites, Shell Credits, and standard and limited pulls. Despite the emergence of new bugs, the company is working to ensure the game remains enjoyable for all, providing a definitive solution to each obstacle encountered. This commitment to player satisfaction is a top priority for the studio.
A few hours ago, the official Wuthering Waves accounts shared a payment failure issue. Players who bought bundles or the monthly “blessing” have not received any of the included items and have no clear answer yet. However, as a temporary measure, Wuthering Waves will deliver x160 Astrites this June 6th as compensation for the bug. Also, more players have continued to report a bug in Developed Echoes Recycling. The same mechanic was buggy earlier this week, so Kuro will also send x1000000 Shell Credits to all players through the in-game e-mail box.
Hopefully, all the changes coming in version 1.1 and the fixes the developers have been working on will change the game’s landscape. Also, while it is sad to see many Wuthering Waves players having issues, we can’t complain about the compensation. Many are happy with the early arrival of Yinlin and the free pulls on the promotional banners. We also appreciate that Kuro Games stays on top of community feedback and tries its best to handle these bugs and complaints. If things continue like this, this gacha ship could stay afloat for a while.
Wuthering Waves is available for PC and Mobile.
