That 70s Show star Danny Masterson‘s life has taken another heartbreaking turn. Not only is he destined to spend the next 30 years behind bars, but he has also lost just about everyone that he held near and dear to his heart. It looks as if his lonely existence in prison is about to become even more lonesome.
In May 2023, Danny Masterson was convicted on two counts of rape and sentenced to spend the next three decades in prison. Masterson continues to deny all accusations against him since his initial arrest in 2020. However, his time in prison has left him feeling deserted and lonely. Especially now that his former wife of 12 years, Bijou Phillips, has seemingly cut all ties with the disgraced actor.
Recent reports from Us Weekly reveal that Bijou has moved on since Danny’s arrest and is now involved in what is alleged to be a serious romance with a new man. Phillips filed for divorce from Masterson about seven months ago. However, she has been romantically linked to business entrepreneur Jamie Mazur for the past two months.
Sources close to Phillips reveal that things are getting serious for the new couple. “Jamie is a great guy and has been there for her through this difficult time,” the insider claims.
Danny Masterson Suffers Sad Existence
Bijou Phillips and Danny Masterson were married for over a decade and share one daughter, Fianna, 10. Immediately following his conviction, Phillips began filing for divorce. In the beginning, Danny agreed to the divorce and gave Bijou full custody of their daughter but requested visitation rights.
However, as time passed, Danny’s attitude and demeanor changed, and he reportedly began fighting Bijou about the divorce. Despite having some celebrity prison perks, insiders reveal that Masterson’s personality and demeanor began to take a nasty turn around April, which coincides with Philipps and Mazur’s dating timeline.
Danny Masterson is housed at the California Men’s Colony, a minimum-security prison. The actor appears to have lost touch with all family and friends. Before his relocation to CMC, the actor had received numerous visits. However, since his transfer, the visits have dwindled to next to nothing.
So now that Bijou Phillips is moving on with her life post-Danny Masterson’s incarceration, the actor’s mood and mental health may be taking another hit. He likely feels that he will soon be forgotten altogether and live out his remaining years behind bars, sad and destined to die alone.
