Is Christine Quinn making a grand return to her villainous roots? The reality star shocked the world with her exit from the real estate show Selling Sunset in 2022. Her exodus was, of course, plagued with drama. Now, almost two years after her departure, Quinn seems ready to make a huge comeback. However, the timing of her gesture raises eyebrows amongst fans, given that she is in the middle of a nasty divorce.
In a surprise social media post, Quinn was seen getting cozy with her former co-stars and boss. The reunion saw the 35-year-old hang out with Mary Fitzgerald, Nicole Young, Davina Potratz, and Jason Oppenheim — all who are current stars of the hit Netflix show. The group hung out at a promotional event for a clothing brand. In a clip shared by Young, the girls, excluding Potratz, joined Oppenheim on the red carpet while they danced. Quinn, in particular, seemed super friendly with her former boss, whom she once made damning accusations against. She kept hugging him from behind with a wide smile on her face. “Best night everrrrr🔥🔥🔥🔥 🥰🥰yall,” Quinn declared in the comments.
Recall that the over-the-top TV personality left the show after five seasons. Her exit coincided with her lavish wedding to tech entrepreneur Christian Dumontet. Quinn, at the time, noted she was leaving the Oppenheim Group to co-manage a brokerage with her now-estranged husband. However, their marriage began crumbling earlier this year when Dumontet was arrested for alleged domestic violence against Quinn and their two-year-old son, Christian Georges. In April he filed for divorce, and they have been at it ever since.
Will Fans Welcome Christine Quinn Back?
It is no news that during her time on Selling Sunset, Quinn was the ultimate villain, often attacking her fellow star Chrishell Stause. Her departure provided some relief for viewers, but it seems they miss Quinn’s drama on the show. Many fans echoed their support for her return underneath the post. “If Christine is back, I am back,” declared one fan. Another wrote:
“I pray Christine comes back!!! Would make sense after her alleged divorce? I’ve been rooting for it since she left. Nice to see her and Mary seem to have sorted things out.”
A similar comment read, “Christine was always right about Chrishell. If Christine is back the show will actually be interesting again. Instead of the giant Chrishell show.” A fourth viewer penned, “If @thechristinequinn is back I will be sleeping by my TV!! Those other girlies could NEVER! 🙀 🙀 they are going to be CHOPPED!!”
It seems Christine Quinn has the green light to grace fans’ screens once again, but how would Chrishell Stause feel about her return? Only time will tell.
