The RGL-80 is one of the weapons that I’d change for anything in Warzone and never use in MW3. But that’s until they’ve added a new conversion kit for the grenade launcher, making it fun to use 3 types of ammo on this thing. JAK Thumper-656 is the unlocking treasure of Week 4 challenges in MW3 and Warzone Season 4, turning RGL-80 into a shotgun, sticky grenade launcher, or the drill charge hive.

Compared to the Week 3 challenges, Week 4 is just a bad time for MW3 Multiplayer. If you’re a Zombies lover, pick a recommended sniper rifle, equip explosive rounds on it and make sure you’ve got cryo and napalm ammo mod with you. Get 300 kills, and you’re good to go.

However, if you want to complete Week 4 challenges as quickly as possible, Warzone is the best spot for unlocking the JAK Thumper-656 Kit. All you have to do is bring that recommended super-buffed Superi 46/Kar98k combo, get 10 kills in Plunder, and open 20 loot caches around the Urzikestan map.

JAK Thumper-656 Ammo Types

Once you’ve unlocked the JAK Thumper Kit in MW3 and Warzone, do not hesitate to test its different ammo types. Slug rounds simply change the RGL-80 into a weak shotgun. Sticky rounds are just semtex grenades that you can throw further with the RGL-80. Last but not least, Drill rounds allow the launcher to shoot drill chargers!

Overall, JAK Thumper-656 is a fun and tactical weapon to have in your arsenal, especially if you’re playing Warzone. Imagine shooting 6 drill charges or sticky grenades at an enemy that’s camping in a corner of a house; that’s one way to deal with them right?

Call of Duty: Warzone and MW3 are currently available to play on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

Amir is an absolute Call of Duty nerd, preferring shooter games more than everything. However, he does like to do uppercuts in Mortal Kombat and feel the NOS going through the engines in Need For Speed games.
