Despite the time that’s gone by, it seems that Lambert wants nothing to do with her ex and will go out of her way to avoid him.
Sources tell Life and Style Magazine that Miranda Lambert ensures that she doesn’t attend any events where Blake Shelton is a “star attraction.” The former couple are said to be very competitive with one another and want no awkward confrontations. Especially in front of the cameras.

“Their egos can’t handle it, and the brutal reality is that they can’t stand the sight of each other. Some might say they don’t want the other to steal their spotlight,” an insider dished. “It’s no secret Miranda can’t stand Gwen. Gwen doesn’t have any time for Miranda either,” the source continued.
“They get their people to check if they’re going to an event beforehand. Their friends roll their eyes and think Miranda and Blake should get over it and act like grown-ups, but they’re stubbornly holding onto grudges. They might forgive, but they’ll never forget.”
It’s unclear why Shelton and Lambert divorced. However, there were rumors that they had a difference of opinion about having children. Shelton allegedly wanted kids, but Lambert did not. Now, they’re both stepparents. Shelton gained three bonus sons when he married Gwen Stefani. Meanwhile, Lambert’s husband is the father of one child.
The insider went on to reveal that Miranda Lambert has no ill feelings towards Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. She doesn’t want to see them out in public, however. Unfortunately, they’re in the same industry, which makes it hard.
