Diddy is seeking a new start away from his current sexual assault struggles. More than two months after Homeland Security raided his Los Angeles home, the rapper is putting the property on the market. Diddy has been mostly away from LA since the start of his legal problems. It seems he wants to say goodbye for good.
TMZ reports that Diddy wants to offload his Holmby Hills mansion for around $70 million. The Bad Boys Records founder purchased the home in 2014 for $40 million, but sources claim he wants to cash out big-time with the sale. The 17,000-square-foot property is a European-style villa with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The super swanky pad has luxury features, including a 35-seat theatre, a wine cellar, a gym, a basketball half-court, and an underwater swimming tunnel that connects to a grotto. There is also a 3,000-square-foot two-story guesthouse on the property.
In March, Homeland agents executed a search warrant in relation to human trafficking allegations, amongst other crimes levied against Diddy. During the raid, the Coming Home artist was absent, but authorities questioned and handcuffed his sons, Justin and King Combs, who were present. Diddy was in Miami at the time and continues to spend most of his time there.
