Fans spotted the singer heading to India to perform at a billionaire pre-wedding party and couldn’t help but notice that something was seemingly off with the singer. Hailey Bieber reportedly stayed behind as her husband, Justin Bieber, traveled to Mumbai, India, over the weekend to perform a special request performance at billionaire Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding party at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre.
According to The Sun, Justin seemingly appeared somber, frail, and much thinner, sparking deep concern among his fans. Earlier this year, Bieber announced that he was taking a hiatus from touring to focus on his health issues. However, photos of Justin at the Mumbai airport have emerged on social media, and some fans believe that something about the singer seems very off.
“He’s looking thinner. I hope he’s doing okay,” one X user wrote. “Did he lose weight?” asked another.
Justin Bieber was seen wearing an oversized pink sweatshirt, baggy jeans, and a bucket hat, keeping his head down as he worked his way through the airport and to his car. While Justin’s preferred fashion style often includes oversized clothes, many noticed that the singer has dropped several pounds.

Fans took to social media to express their concerns for the former teen idol and question Hailey Bieber’s whereabouts. Justin has been sticking close to Hailey’s side since the couple announced in May that they are expecting their first baby.

Traveling long distances is usually discouraged for most expectant mothers in their third trimester. So Hailey was likely home resting and preparing for Baby Bieber’s upcoming arrival.
Some of Justin’s fans wondered about the singer’s health. In June 2022, Bieber announced that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome – a rare neurological disorder characterized by paralysis of the facial nerve. Justin is also known to suffer from bouts of depression and anxiety.
