We are going to showcase two months of Loot Crate in this review.  January and February brought themes of origin and build.

January 2017
February 2017

In January, the t-shirt took us back to the original Mario. In February, the Loot Crate shirt was a blueprint of Megazord.

Keeping with the origins theme in January, this 1940’s Captain America shield scaled replica fits right in.  This is a really nice piece to display.

This is a really cool Donatello Mini Tiki Mug.  This was part of the January Loot Crate, as well.

Loot Crate

This Action Comics #1 Reprint takes us back to the origin of these comics, for sure!

This was the Loot Crate Magazine for January 2017 displaying the theme, origins, and including content to go with this particular theme.

This Batman Food Container is really nice and goes well with the build theme for February.  It looks like a Lego Batman head, doesn’t it?

Loot Crate

There is nothing that says build more than a Lego Dimensions character.  You build it and then use it with the video game.  This made our 8-year-old very happy!

Loot Crate

Who doesn’t like a good game of Tetris?  These are magnet sheets so you can build the Tetris shapes however you’d like.

Loot Crate used this banner to introduce the upcoming Secret Order of Keys.  Be on the lookout in current and future crates.

These were the Lootpins for January and February.  There is usually a pin that comes with each box and a great collectible for those who like pins.

Loot Crate is a really nice box of fun and interesting items each month.  These two boxes didn’t disappoint.  I really liked the Lego Dimensions Fun Pack and the Batman food container.  The t-shirts were really nice, as well.  Head over to their website and check out all of the crate options.  They definitely have something for everyone.  Don’t forget to use our affiliate link and coupon code:  NERDSTASH and save $3.00!

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
