Sabrina Carpenter is having one amazing summer. Following the success of her hit singles “Espresso” and “Please Please Please,” the singer appeared to jet off to Europe for some R&R. On Saturday, July 13, she shared several photos from her vacation on Instagram and included the sweetest caption.
Sabrina Carpenter Enjoys Relaxing Vacation in Europe
The star appeared to have visited various parts of Europe. Several photos show her taking in nature as she relaxes in a red swimsuit near the water. Another features her and a friend posing in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Besides sightseeing, Carpenter also seemed to spend some time cooking and horseback riding during her travels. Oh, and she also met the cutest goat. “my give a f*cks are euhhh how do u say,” Carpenter captioned her photo dump.
Sabrina Carpenter was referencing a line from her single “Espresso.” During the track, she sings, “I can’t relate to desperation. My give a f*cks are on vacation.” Of course, fans found her caption iconic. “ON VACATIONNNN,” one person commented, finishing the lyric. Another wrote, “I think you mean on vacation but I’m not sure please please please don’t take my word for it.”
A Short n’ Sweet Summer
“Espresso” is the lead single off Sabrina Carpenter’s upcoming sixth album, Short n’ Sweet. Since dropping in April, the track went No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200. It also peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. It went so viral that fans predicted it would be the song of the summer this year. However, when Carpenter came out with “Please Please Please” in June, some felt her follow-up single deserved the title instead. Her latest track debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. It later topped the chart, becoming Carpenter’s first No. 1 hit.
Since the singer has been busy promoting both singles with TV appearances, interviews, and live performances, it’s no wonder she decided to take some time off by vacationing in Europe. This fall, Carpenter will resume her usual activities when she embarks on her Short n’ Sweet tour.
