Prince Harry could be regretting his decision to leave London. In 2020, the prince and his wife Meghan Markle announced they were stepping away from their royal duties. The couple’s decision created further tensions between them and The Royal Family. Harry and Meghan settled into their new life in California, and by all appearances seemed happy. But behind the scenes, it’s a different story.
Since moving to Montecito, the couple has struggled to find their footing. OK! reports that the Duke of Sussex is having a difficult time. “Harry’s world is very lonely,” a source tells the news outlet. “He’s in that big house [in Montecito, Calif.,] with Meghan, and everything is going wrong. The pressure on him is unbelievable.”
The situation has become so unbearable that the Spare author is contemplating another huge move.
Prince Harry Begs to Return to The Royal Family
With life in California not working out the way he imagine, it’s understandable that Prince Harry misses his old life. While the Duke of Sussex would love to go back to London, he’s got to think about his wife, and his kids Archie and Lilibet.
He might want to return to the royal family, but Meghan won’t want to go with him and he’s not going to leave his kids. They’re the one bright spot in his life. He doesn’t want to lose them. But who knows if the royal family will even welcome him back.
Harry has been estranged from his father Prince Charles and brother Prince William since 2020. But Charles’ cancer diagnosis in February 2024 have the father and son slowly rebuilding their relationship.
