Billy Ray Cyrus and his estranged wife Firerose have been throwing accusations back and forth at each other since their split was announced earlier this summer. However, this week, a shocking new audio was leaked. The sound depicts the country singer screaming profanity and insults at his wife. The audio may be hard for some to hear as it contains shocking language that could prove to be a trigger warning for some.
According to In Touch Weekly, Billy Ray Cyrus is clearly heard yelling at Firerose in the audio. The couple appear to be arguing about the singer being late to a performance. When Firerose insists that he can still make it to the event, he begins screaming.

“I needed to leave two hours ago,” Cyrus says. “I’m not in no place to go do a show. I had to go when I was ready to go. If you would just shut the f–k up. If you would have left it alone when I told you … now I’m really f–king p—ed,” he added.
Firerose can be heard asking Cyrus to stop yelling at her. However, he continues his rant, calling her things such as an “idiot” and dumb–.” He later references his wife’s health issues, and continues to call her names.
“You have once again shown me you will not listen. I don’t know who the f–k you think you are, but you will not f–king listen. This is ain’t about … your surgery … this ain’t about nothing. This is about your being a selfish b–ch.”
After Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce from Firerose, she accused him of domestic abuse. He denied the allegations. He also claimed that she had been using his credit card without authorization and had spent tens of thousands of dollars of his money without permission.
After the audio was leaked, Cyrus addressed it on Instagram. He claimed that he had been at his “wit’s end” with Firerose at the time and was slowly figuring out that she was “a fraud.” He added, “Everything I thought I knew about her was a lie.
Billy Cyrus Cyrus and Firerose continue to fight it out over the end of their marriage. However, sources close to the singer claim that the footage is heavily edited and doesn’t accurately paint a picture of the situation, per TMZ. For now, this seems to be a he said, she said battle.
