The HGTV Star Also Says Her Ex Took Things That Weren’t His
Legal documents obtained by TMZ say that there are some other strange behaviors, allegedly on Josh’s behalf, that Christina and her legal team have called out.
One claim is that Josh, one day after the couple’s separation, diverted $35,000 from a rental property account he had access to into his own personal bank account.
The documents also say Josh has tampered with cameras on Christina’s home property.
Josh’s attorney sent a letter demanding that I preserve electronic evidence without it being automatically deleted, so I unplugged cameras so the system would not automatically overwrite the hard drive.
Each time Josh has returned to the house, he has plugged the cameras back in, which would allow him to keep me and my children under surveillance. I object to him having that access into my home.

Sources close to Josh Hall continue to speak out on his behalf. They have told several outlets that Josh wouldn’t take the money or mess with the cameras.
The split comes as the former couple was set to star in The Flip Off. The show would have had the two facing off with Christina’s ex, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. It remains unclear what will become of the series, which Christina has continued promoting with Tarek and Heather.
