Kaley Cuoco kept stylish as she covered up a little more than usual while attending a high-profile event in September 2022. Stepping out while already pregnant, but one month before making her official announcement, the 38-year-old swathed her curves in a jazzy blazer minidress, wearing nothing beneath it and seemingly disappointing fans with her look.
Posing at the New York City premiere of her Meet Cute rom-com movie, Kaley smiled for the cameras as she displayed her toned legs, but she was met with a frosty response as users on The Daily Mail reacted to the photos. While Kaley rocked an unusual look, she had kept some things traditional — trusty celebrity stylist Brad Goreski was behind The Big Bang Theory star’s outfit.
Kaley Cuoco Goes Sparkly In Premiere Dress
Sending the cameras a smile, Kaley opted for gunmetal silver and black as she went glittery in a sequin blazer dress with a low neckline. Rocking the no-shirt trend, the TV favorite flashed hints of her chest in her black-piped jacket, one boasting waist tie details, plus small pockets.
While not yet rocking a bump and still in the early months of her pregnancy, Kaley chose to cover up, possibly not wanting to reveal that she was expecting. The actress teamed her head-turning look with sparkle-accent heels in black, also adding even more glitter from her loud, bedazzled gold clutch.
Sporting a messy bun hairdo and with her locks styled into bangs, Kaley wore warming makeup as she showed off her rosy cheeks, although part of that glow may have been due to her pregnancy. Meet Cute also stars comedian Pete Davidson.
Told It’s ‘Wrong On So Many Levels’
Fans quickly slammed Kaley’s fashion choice.
While one called it a “horrible, ill-fitting garment,” another asked: “Who is dressing her these days?!?? Hideous outfits!” A third, meanwhile, agreed as they said: “She’s attractive – but that outfit is wrong for her on so many levels.”
That said, some users cut Kaley some slack as they wondered if she might be expecting. The actress made her pregnancy announcement in October 2022. In March 2023, she and boyfriend Tom Pelphrey welcomed their first daughter Matilda.
Kaley has switched to a somewhat more conservative wardrobe since becoming a mother. The busty dresses and tiny hemlines are no more, although the star still turns heads as Brad whips up stunning designer outfits for her.
Kaley has also been busy with promo for her Oh, Norman dog care brand, where outfits tend to be tees and sweats bearing the company’s logo.
