Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are in hot water, as the Duke of Sussex is dealing with lawsuits alongside his appeal to get proper security for his family in the UK. The lack of protection, in particular, is what’s halting his house hunt in his home country. While it’s up to an executive government committee to grant Harry guards for escort, he believes his father, King Charles, might be able to give a hand. The King remains silent, however, blocking out the rogue son from his life. Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, reportedly wants nothing more than for her husband “to be free of all of this.”
According to a source who spoke with People, Meghan Markle “supports Harry 100 percent, but she wishes he could let go of these lawsuits, be happy and live in the moment.” It’s quite evident to everyone that he literally can’t for his children’s safety, yet the Duchess of Sussex “wants him to live in a world where he is not burdened by this.”
It is true that Meghan Markle has stuck with her husband through thick and thin, but it’s hard to believe her motives for saying such ‘touching words’ are pure. After all, “media-attention-loving” Markle was reportedly deceitful and chasing clout during her courtship with Harry. Not to mention, she essentially hates her father, which is a telltale sign of how she might treat her husband sooner or later.
These ‘Supportive Statements’ Are Reportedly Schemes of Meghan Markle
The online users of the subreddit r/DlistedRoyals have a few choice words for the Duchess, some of which likely hold some merit. One commenter claims, “This is a prime example of how she’s devaluing Harry in public. This 100% came from Meghan and Meghan alone,” as she is perhaps trying to boost her and her brand’s image with her supportive statements for her husband. Another person chimes in, “Of all the lies she has told, this one takes the cake. She loooooves the attention the lawsuits bring, and she is too narcissistic to “live in the moment.”
One of the subreddit followers has probably the most sound argument concerning Harry and how he’s been reacting to all the Sussex drama:
“This. He would never have done all this. He grew up being told “never complain, never explain” constantly, about every single thing. As soon as she comes into his life, suddenly he won’t stop complaining/trying to explain anything & everything. There’s no way he isn’t doing all this to try and make her happy.”
