IndieBoxย is a subscription service that delivers collectorโ€™s edition versions of indie games to you each month. ย In each of their boxes, you will receive a Steam Key, DRM-free Standard Edition, soundtrack, and exclusive collectible items for whatever game is included in the box.

Cost: ย As low as $19.99 per month (plus S & H)

Theme/Game:ย Typoman: Revised

Website: ย theindiebox.com

Let’s take a look inside this box…

IndieBox

Steam describes Typoman as “a puzzle platformer. You slip into the role of a character made of letters, struggling to make your way through a dark and hostile world. Despite your small stature you have a powerful gift: You can craft words which will have an effect on the environment. But choose your words wisely – they can either be a blessing… or a curse!”

I haven’t played it but it sounds pretty interesting and quite possibly something I might enjoy!

IndieBox

When you open the case, there is a handbook and the game Discs inside. ย I like that you feel like you’re getting a tangible piece of property that you can see and touch as opposed to a card with a number on it.

IndieBox

In addition to the game, you get this collectible pen holder with Typoman on it and a Typoman pen too!

IndieBox

I think this box is really unique in that it is based on an Indie game and has relevant accessories designed to go with it. ย You can subscribe to this box for as little as $19.99 + shipping and handling, You have 24 days left to and receive the June box which includes the game, Hollow Knight.

Indiebox

This game looks pretty cool too….It is a described as “a classically styled 2D action adventure across a vast interconnected world where you can explore twisting caverns, ancient cities, and deadly wastes. ย You will go up against creatures and become friends with bizarre bugs. ย The characters on the packaging make me curious enough to try playing it.

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelorโ€™s and Masterโ€™s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorateโ€ฆI consider myself a lifetime learner!
