  • Where to Find the Second Rat Prince?
  • Black Myth: Wukong – Defeat the Second Rat Prince

This is a Boss that you will find almost at the beginning of Chapter 2 when you reach the Sandgate Village. You will discover that this area is infested with rat enemies that you must exterminate to make your way to the main gate. Once you enter the gate, you will find the King Rat with his favorite son, the Second Prince of Flowing Sands. However, in Black Myth: Wukong, you can only defeat the Second Rat Prince or the King Rat in this fight. Careful, every decision has its consequences.

Where to Find the Second Rat Prince?

To find this boss, you must follow these steps:

  1. Start from Sandgate Village’s – Village Entrance Shrine and follow the wooden bridge. Don’t go to the first gate; you must go to the path on the right.
  2. You find another wooden bridge, and you can only go left or right. Go left towards the village.
  3. Follow the path, but watch out for enemies. Ahead, there will be another gate that you must open to activate the cinematic with the Second Rat Prince (the big one) and the King Rat (the little one).

Interestingly, in this combat, Black Myth: Wukong only allows you to defeat one of them; if you defeat the Second Rat Prince, the King Rat will flee. Following the King will lead you to the First Prince Of Flowing Sands boss fight. However, if you decide to eliminate the King Rat first, the Second Rat Prince will go berserk, and his attacks will be even stronger. If you defeat the King before and after killing the Second Rat Prince, you will get the item to summon the First Prince.

The main thing is that it’s much easier if you defeat the First Prince before his father, so he won’t get his enraging buff. Although the King Rat won’t stand by and watch you beat up his son. The King will climb the pillars in the area, and from above, he will throw rocks at you. So, you must knock down the pillars with Charged Attacks.

As for the Second Prince, you should focus on Dodging him; that will make the fight easier. Although using Red Tiles and Immobilize will help you make the job easier. In the end, you will get Yaoguai Core, Blood of the Iron Bull Stone Spirit, and Silk. Now get ready because the next enemy is the big brother of this royal rat.
