Makeup mogul Kylie Jenner comes across as a busy woman and mom. However, she may not be quite as busy as she puts on when it comes to caring for her children. At 27, Kylie Jenner, a mom of two, has a full plate between her modeling and reality television career and multiple businesses. Or at least she makes it seem so. But Life & Style‘s KarJenner insiders claim that Kylie has a lot of help with her children.
Sources claim that Kylie Jenner employs four full-time nannies to care for her two children, Stormi,6, and Aire, 2. The nannies work in pairs, each responsible for overseeing the care of one of Kylie’s children.
The Jenner informant states that Kylie expects a lot from her nannies and is demanding most of the time, even to the point of overworking her childcare teams.
Kylie Jenner’s Demanding Personality Proves Too Much For Overwhelmed Nannies
Despite Kylie’s children being described as well-behaved, her expectations sometimes become too much for them to bear. Although the monetary compensation may be above average, Kylie’s demanding ways still caused one nanny to become fed up enough to quit. They claim Kylie’s super strict rules and demands leave them exhausted, and their work-life balance is nearly nonexistent.
“The nannies work 12-hour shifts,” says a source. “They have hardly any work-life balance. It’s extreme, and on top of that, Kylie is super strict about everything from sleep schedules to what her children eat. She’ll say the exact number of grapes Stormi should be given for a snack!”
But as strict as Kylie reportedly is with her children’s nannies, she seems mild compared to her older sister, Kim Kardashian, who takes a different approach to parenting.
According to The Sun‘s sources, “No nanny is allowed a mobile phone when they’re working – it’s a fireable offense to be caught with one. There is also a manual, a very thick one, for the nannies about Kim’s rules, and how they treat and interact with the kids. Every day is planned from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to sleep.”
The KarJenner’s extreme demands don’t stop there. They inform their employees that there are cameras throughout the house and that NDAs are a must for all employees. If anyone thinks about breaching their detailed employment contracts, the fine reportedly starts at a hefty $10 Million, highlighting the strict rules and consequences their employees face.
