Kate Beckinsale couldn’t resist a little humor as she delivered a “suggestive” vegetable display on her Instagram this week. On Tuesday, the British actress posted photos with broadcaster Eamonn Holmes, also impressing fans with her flexibility as she lifted one of her legs high in the air.
Flaunting her petite frame in the wake of the weight loss she’s attributed to “stress” and grief,” Kate made her followers laugh as she and Eamonn struck naughty-faced poses, and anyone swiping saw why. In a rather adult set of images, the 51-year-old fashioned a cucumber and two lemons into the male anatomy, with the post earning her over 31,000 likes in eight hours.

Posing at night with 64-year-old Eamonn, Kate yanked up one leg while outfitted in a black miniskirt and white bustier crop top with an elegant rose detail on the front.
Showing off her super-toned legs in platform heels as she hiked her leg up onto an outdoor wall, the Pearl Harbor star posed with Eamonn next to her, with the Irish TV star delivering a “shh” naughty face.
After sharing multiple snaps of her boot-clad leg kick, Kate moved indoors, where she and Eamonn posed seated. Here, the mom of one held a cucumber and two fresh lemons, seemingly indicating that this post was for a grown-up audience.
Talking ‘Suggestive Veg’
In a caption, Kate wrote: “I don’t know what to say,” adding:
“When you see @eamonnholmes at a party the urge to ask him to pose with suggestive veg is unprecedented for reasons even I don’t understand. This did not happen when I met @springsteen so I have to conclude it’s either intrinsic to Eamonn or something to do with the approaching harvest festival.”
Fans appreciated the humor, although some couldn’t help but comment on Kate’s gymnast-level flexibility. “Darn! Wish I was that flexible!” one replied.
“With the leg placement I misread VEG for a second 😅 then it clicked when I scrolled through 😂,” another said.
The response was warmer than the ones Kate has recently received on social media. Earlier this summer, the Hollywood star was told to do “squats” in a skinny-shaming post left to her Instagram. Firing back, the actress revealed that she’d been in the hospital and had lost weight to both “stress” and “grief” after seeing her stepfather pass away as her mother also suffers from Stage 4 cancer.
