Jenelle Evans is spilling all the tea about her ongoing divorce from David Eason. In March, the Teen Mom star pulled the plug on their marriage of seven years. She cited Eason’s erratic behavior, substance abuse, and refusal to work, among other things, as the reason for the split. Ever since, the estranged lovers who share a 7-year-old daughter, Ensley, have been embroiled in a nasty custody battle. However, the reality star had the last laugh.
Jenelle responded to comments about Ensley’s whereabouts in a new Instagram post. Since filing for divorce, she hasn’t really posted her only daughter, sparking worry for concerned fans. “We haven’t seen her in so long,” lamented one user, to which Jenelle replied, “Yeah, I know. I haven’t really shown Ensley, but not really on purpose.” She explained that she has been spending more time with her sons instead. The reality star then proceeded to gush about her recent victory in the ongoing divorce.
“Yes, I did get full custody of Ensley, which it wasn’t shown on the season finale. But I have been awarded sole and full custody of Ensley and I am really excited about that.”
Jenelle assured fans that she is allowed to post her daughter, who “really likes to be on camera” but just hasn’t gotten to it. Why? The 16 and Pregnant alum confessed her “headspace has not been that great.” However, she is ready to return to share everything with her fans. “I’mma start opening back up to you guys because there’s a lot that’s not being shared. And I don’t think it’ll ever be shared unless I explain myself,” she concluded.

Jenelle’s update left fans joyful in the comments. They had been rooting for her to get rid of Eason, so the news of her custody win was celebrated. One fan praised, “Dang Janelle. You literally look so peaceful. Happy. That girl is totally your mini me!!!” A second comment read, “Jenelle, it’s no secret I’ve never been your biggest fan. But to see you thriving, happy, healthy, and, most importantly, being a good mom to your children makes me so happy for you. You are proof that people can change.” A third fan gushed, “This is the NEW improved you.”

Let her be a child. The Hollywood life is gross,” urged one user. Another advised, “No, mama, you share what YOU are comfortable with sharing! We don’t need to know everything about your life. We just want you to be happy and healthy and away from David, lol.“
