It’s never made sense to me when grown women decide to go out of their way to make the lives of random teenagers miserable. Not once has it ever occurred to me to cause a scene and yell at a group of minors in public. However, it seems that an older Karen decided that it was her time to shine for that very reason at a pumpkin patch. Fortunately, the whole interaction was recorded and reposted to Reddit.
The video depicts two young girls having a good time at a pumpkin patch when a middle-aged woman approaches them aggressively about their clothes. It seems that the woman, who we’ll just call Karen, must be suffering from either a mental illness or has had one too many drinks because while the girls try to defend themselves, she immediately becomes physical. She starts by throwing her drink at the two girls, followed by attacking one of them while they both scream that they’re minors.
The girls run away as Karen takes off her shirt, probably hoping for a more aggressive fight. Fortunately, they were able to get away before Karen could catch up to them and cause even more harm. The video ends with the middle-aged woman retrieving her clothes while everyone in attendance looks at her in shock.
The replies were immediately will with comments about the woman’s actions, especially considering what she was upset about.

Others remark how ridiculous the whole exchange was. Honestly, I’m not sure what the lesson here was supposed to be because she took her own clothes off after being upset about the girls’ lack of clothes.

Hopefully, Karen is caught and apprehended because regardless of whether they were minors, that’s no way to treat anyone in a public space.
