The team in charge of Genshin Impact has been looking to improve the gaming experience for a couple of updates now. For example, players got QoL improvements, such as recommendations of weapons or artifacts used by other players. Several different improvements are coming up, which MiHoYo announced during the Developers Discussion for Version 5.2. This time, the changes focus mainly on in-world combat and the meta, especially for the Imaginarium Theater.
Elemental Reactions are a significant base for combat and character rotation. Still, it is a surprise that Overloaded, Superconduct, Electro-Charged, and Shatter got an increase in their DMG Base. Electro-Charged continues to be one of the favorite Reactions because it causes the most DMG. Unfortunately, Shattered is still laggy because it can’t freeze many enemies, as it depends on their size.
Another aspect that has had a rework is related to the Artifacts. In the previous Genshin Impact Developers Discussion, the team aimed to make the interaction of this complex feature easier, and Version 5.2 is no different. Auto-Lock is now more efficient and will lock Artifacts that meet the requirements you set beforehand. It will also implement Sorting Artifact according to your filters; for example, display the newest artifacts first. Meanwhile, we will also have the Astral Mark feature, which means we can select our favorite Artifacts.
Last but not least, the Imaginarium Theater got a 100% improvement in the Blessing Level buff of the Special Guests, and there will be more filters for when you have to choose characters for the challenge. Also, in the stages, you will be able to check the information of the Bosses to create a better strategy before starting the combat.
These are the major changes in Genshin Impact Developers Discussion 5.2. Definitely, the combat and Reactions needed an update. However, each next version brings a lot more, as each patch has new banners and the continuation of the Archon Quest. So, if you want to discover what’s in the Genshin Impact pack for Natlan, wait for the next Special Program. It will surely bring good news.
