Larsa Pippen received both praise and criticism as she shared a rare family photo on Instagram last month. At the end of October, the reality star updated her account with a shot featuring sons Preston, Justin, and Scotty Pippen Jr., but not all of her fans sent love.
While Larsa’s 5 million+ followers tend to get fashion updates as the 50-year-old promotes the Fashion Nova brand she’s signed to, this snapshot offered a rare insight into her motherhood, with the photo including everyone except teenage daughter Sophia. Fans teased Larsa about keeping her last name since the collapse of her marriage to NBA legend Scottie Pippen, with others accusing her rising following of being bot-based. Larsa does not appear to have addressed the haters, although she likely appreciated the positive remark celebrating the three boys she “birthed.”
Larsa Pippen Shares Rare Family Photo With Sons On Instagram
Sitting on a couch and near a coffee table adorned with the Aroma 360 diffusers she was promoting, Larsa looked her usual stylish self while modeling an eye-popping white dress.
Channeling the maxi trend in her strapless dress, The Real Housewives of Miami star highlighted her curvy figure while wearing her blonde locks down, lifting one hand to the dog son Preston was holding on his knee.
Surrounded by her three sons as her boys all wore white t-shirts, Larsa tagged her children, writing: “So happy to be a part of the @aroma360 new NBA Collection.” Larsa shares all four of her kids with former Chicago Bulls player Scottie Pippen. The former couple, who were married for 20 years, first split in 2016. After reconciling, they ended things for good two years later. Their divorce was finalized in 2021.
Bullies Can’t Keep Away
While the post netted the former bestie to Kim Kardashian plenty of compliments, it also attracted some shade. “Why do you still use the surname Pippen if you no longer belong to his family?” one fan asked. Defending Larsa, another replied that it was a “common thing to do.”
Elsewhere, a user gained likes for replying: “How you have 5 million followers and 100 comments. Why you let Victoria clock your social media like thisss.” Here, a fan replying accused Larsa of building up her fanbase using bots. Larsa’s following has risen this year, although fans are likely assuming that her popularity and profile shot up as a result of her now-ended romance with NBA player Marcus Jordan, 33.
Larsa has updated her IG since the family photo. Three days ago, she posed in a glamorous David Koma dress, looking ready to hit the red carpet as she tagged the celebrity-adored designer.
