The drama continues even after Donald Trump emerged winner of the 2024 elections, defeating Kamala Harris of the Democratic party. The president-elect’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, recently fired heavy accusations at Joe Biden, claiming the sitting president wants to tarnish his father’s second term with a World War.
After Biden authorized Ukraine to use U.S.-supplied long-range missiles inside Russia, Donald Jr went on a rant on X. “The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives,” he wrote. “Gotta lock in those $Trillions. Life be damned!!! Imbeciles!” Biden made the move to weaponize Ukraine after reports that 10,000 North Korean troops joined forces with Russia in its war. They will reportedly fight in Ukraine in the next several weeks.
Donald Jr’s comment, however, didn’t sit well with fans online, who slammed him for making an exaggerated claim. “World War II didn’t happen because we aggressively supported countries that were being invaded. It happened because we did not,” one fan penned.
“Junior is as deranged as his father,” a second fan bashed.
“It’s hard for me to choose the least objectionable Trump spawn. They are all so horrible. I guess it would be Tiffany,” third comment read.
Donald Trump Jr. Slammed For World War III Claims
Over the weekend, Russia launched a barrage of “over 600” strike drones and “nearly 140” missiles at Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky said of the attack:
“Russian terrorists are once again trying to intimidate us with cold and blackouts, repeating their actions and trying to get results from them.”
With Biden springing into action and offering help to Ukraine, questions continue to arise about whether Donald Trump will offer similar backing. Zelensky, however, believes the Republican candidate will do a better job. Per The Hill, he declared in an interview that the Russia-Ukraine war will end “faster” under Trump.
Recall that during his campaign, Trump vowed to tame the military-industrial complex. He spoke about his plans during a September rally in Wisconsin, saying:
“I will expel warmongers. We have these people, they want to go to war all the time. You know why? Missiles are $2 million apiece. That’s why. They love to drop missiles all over the place. I had no wars…”
Trump added, “We put America first. We’re going to end these endless wars. Endless wars, they never stop.” Unfortunately, fans don’t think the convicted felon will follow through as he is yet to reveal how he plans to achieve it.
