Michael Jackson‘s daughter, Paris Jackson, and Justin Long are engaged! On Friday, Dec. 6, the 26-year-old model shared the exciting news with her fans on Instagram in honor of her boyfriend’s birthday. To celebrate Long’s big day, Jackson posted a series of photos of her and the music producer over the years. Between pictures of the couple kissing and going on many adventures together, Jackson snuck in a photo of Long proposing to her.

“happy birthday my sweet blue,” Jackson wrote to Long alongside her post. “doing life with you these last years has been an indescribable whirlwind and i couldn’t dream of anyone more perfect for me to do it all with. thank you for letting me be yours. i love you.”
Long appeared to have popped the question at a hotel. In Jackson’s Instagram post, the pair is seen in a large room adorned with bright lights and gold decor. Long is shown getting down on one knee while wearing a white dress shirt and black pants. Meanwhile, Jackson donned a tan sweater, blue shorts, black sheer tights, and knee-high boots for the occasion. She also wore a brown hat and appeared to be holding a jacket or scarf in her hands.
More photos from Paris Jackson and Justin Long’s engagement were posted on the model’s Instagram Story. One picture featured the couple kissing after Jackson had accepted Long’s proposal. Another showed Jackson so overwhelmed with emotions that she joined Long on the floor as the two embraced. The pair also gave fans a close-up of Paris Jackson’s engagement ring.
From Bandmates to Lovers
Jackson’s birthday post for Long comes just months after the two first sparked engagement rumors. Fans began speculating that Paris Jackson and Justin Long had gotten engaged when the Habit star was seen wearing a shiny new ring in September. Although neither Jackson nor Long had commented on the rumors, fans were convinced the couple were ready to take the next step in their relationship since they had been together for years.
According to E! News, Paris Jackson and Justin Long started dating sometime in 2022. They started off as simply bandmates before their relationship turned romantic. Prior to Long, Jackson was also romantically linked to her bandmate Gabriel Glenn. They had dated for two years before officially calling it quits in August 2020.
