It looks like James Kennedy has officially moved his girlfriend out of his California home after his arrest earlier this month. In photos obtained by TMZ, the Vanderpump Rules star put on his moving clothes! This all comes days after police arrested him for suspicion of domestic violence. According to the report, Kennedy was involved in a physical altercation many assumed to be Ally Lewber. “The investigation determined it was a domestic incident, leading to Mr. Kennedy’s arrest,” the documents read. He was later arrested on “suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence” before posting $20,000 bail.
Fans Want James Kennedy To Leave His Girlfriend Alone
Sources revealed that James and Ally are still a couple. However, the latter has moved into a rental home to clear her mind. Her family has also come into town to spend time with her before the busy holiday season. Recently, Ally spoke out about the situation between her and James on Instagram.
“Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support and for checking in on me,” she wrote on her IG Story. “I’m okay and taking the time I need right now,” she continued. “I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”
Since Kennedy’s arrest, the VPR star has been terrified about what could come next for him. According to details shared by People, James’ lawyers are hopeful he can avoid any criminal charges in the case. “We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James. We understand that there were no injuries, and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”
This, of course, isn’t the first time DJ James Kennedy has been involved in a domestic situation. During previous seasons of VPR, his former girlfriends, including Kristen Doute and Raquel Leviss, spoke about it, too. So, what did they have to say?
James’ Exes Aren’t Surprised by His Arrest
In the past, Kristen Doute has shared minor details about the alleged abusive relationship she had with James Kennedy. Raquel Leviss, who was ousted from the group following Scandoval, seemed to affirm Doute’s version of events.
“I’ve seen him be a violent person, so I have no doubt that what she’s saying is true. I hope that one day it will come to light, and there will be justice,” she said in August 2023.
James’ current girlfriend, Ally, responded to the news at the time, saying the claims made her “really sad.” She continued, “I know in the past that he has anger issues. So I get it. But I just want people to know that I’m good, I’m safe, and I love him.”
Fans hoping to see this storyline play out in the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules will have to keep wishing. Recently, Bravo announced their decision to revamp the show after 11 seasons. That means the OGs people know and love, including Scheana Shay and Tom Sandoval, won’t be around anymore. However, there’s still a chance they pop up in future seasons of The Valley, which stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright.
