Bruce Willis has stepped away from the public eye amid news of his declining health. While the actor privately battles complications relating to his frontotemporal dementia (FTD) diagnosis, fans have been eager to show their support. There is a continued interest in the Die Hard actor’s life, and on occasion, we are given a rare update by one of his family members.
The latest news about the family focuses not on Bruce but on his daughter Tallulah Willis (the actor and his ex-wife, Demi Moore, share three daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah). Tallulah posted a bunch of pictures on Instagram to announce her engagement to partner Justin Acee.
The first photo shows their hands and spotlighted her engagement ring; the second was a sweet video of how the proposal took place, and finally, the couple shared a photo of themselves kissing. It looked like an incredibly beautiful moment, and Tallulah celebrated her engagement with a one-word statement, writing, “everyday.”
Tallulah Willis Celebrates A Relationship Milestone
Despite the post only being up for a couple of hours, it has already attracted a lot of attention from fans who are thrilled that the Willis family will have something to celebrate this holiday season. Tallulah’s older sister, Rumer, also supported her with a comment on the post. “The most beautiful love to witness and watch grow. I love you both so much. Justin I’m so lucky I get to call you my brother,” she wrote. “Baby Lula my gift my queen my heart is so full. Obsessed with you both.”
Scout shared a photo from the engagement on her Instagram Story along with a message of support: “My angels are engagedddddddddddddd,” she wrote.
The good news comes at a difficult time for the family, who have been struggling to adjust to Bruce’s health, and every day is different for the actor. This is something that Tallulah opened up about in an interview with People earlier this year, as she revealed she visits her dad. Still, when she does, she is careful not to have any expectations of the situation. She spoke about how it was essential for her “to go into it open to what the visit is, and knowing that before I go in, I’m solid. I’m okay. I’ve done what I need to do to make sure that I can just be present.”
Bruce’s daughters have reveled in the moments they spend with him and occasionally share these on social media for fans to see. Earlier this month, Scout posted a video of her embracing her father. In November, Tallulah celebrated their bond with a bunch of photos and a message about how she was “grateful” to have her father.
Among the heartbreaking moments, the family has focused on finding joy, and we wish them all the joy this holiday season!
