At a parade, a woman was seen eating a gingerbread cookie, but she never imagined the impact it would have on the gingerbread man who was trying to bring joy to the audience around him.
User Zee_Ventures recently shared this hilarious video on Reddit where a woman is eating a gingerbread cookie, which surprises the gingerbread man who was part of the parade. The other members of the ensemble quickly run to the gingerbread man’s rescue and take him away from the horrible crime scene. However, this already left the other members of the crew in shock. You can see the other people returning to the event, but not in a cheerful way. Naturally, this prompted reactions from all users on Reddit, with one giving out a quote that perfectly fit the situation.

Some might be too young to get this reference, but it is an iconic scene from Shrek, where Lord Farquaad removes the gumdrop buttons from Gingerbread Man. Many viewers compared the actions of this woman to those of Farquaad, calling her a monster, too (all in good spirits, though).
Jokes aside, it is surprising to see how the ensemble reacted to this situation and stayed in character. Not a lot of theme parks or paredes do this, so it is quite commendable to bring humor to these things. Plus, you can even feel the shock from the gingerbread man, even if it is a costume, so it just adds a cherry on top to the already hilarious situation.
By the looks of it, it seems this happened at Disney World, and as many mention, the people portraying these characters are the best at doing so. This troupe deserves the highest praise because they nailed the characters’ feelings and reactions perfectly.
