After many years of waiting, Monster Hunter Wilds is here, and while many just want to hunt creatures, others want to spend their time delving into the story. Fortunately, Monster Hunter Wilds is quite a long game, and it will take many hours to beat all of its chapters. Still, it is important to remember that playtime will vary depending on the player. After all, there are many monsters to fight, parts to grind, armor to get, and plenty of other things to discover in the Forbidden Lands.

How Long to Beat MH Wilds

With the full chapter list of Monster Hunter Wilds, let’s move on to how long it will take you to beat the game. Speaking of personal experience, it took me 40 hours to complete the game. However, I did a leisurely playthrough. I spent a lot of time hunting monsters, farming materials for armor, and practicing with different weapons. If you’re rushing it, you might finish the game’s main story in 30 hours or less.
