There are many wonderful things that come along with the wonders of being alive, like going to school, making friends, and, sometimes, having a baby. The immersive life simulator inZOI not only lets players get their Zoi pregnant but also sets them up on the path of parenthood unlike any other god game sim. You can’t just initiate pregnancy with anyone in inZOI, so there are some steps you need to take to start your parenting journey.

How to Have a Baby in inZOI

First things first, you need to be married and move in together with your spouse before you can attempt an inZOI pregnancy. I know; it’s shocking in this day and age, but that’s just how the developers wanted it! Now, onto the baby-making business.

You can’t just adopt a baby or even use an alternative method like having a surrogate. So, after you’ve gotten yourself a spouse, follow these quick instructions:

  1. Talk to your spouse and go to the Romance dialogue section.
  2. Select the ‘Suggest Having a Baby‘ option.
  3. If the other Zoi agrees to having a baby, then an erotic scene will ensue.
  4. After the scene, have the possibly pregnant Zoi take a pregnancy test.
  5. If pregnant, you will need to wait three in-game days for the whole pregnancy term.
  6. Unlike The Sims, you’ll need to actually activate your baby’s birth by clicking on the exclamation point on the bottom of your Zoi’s portrait at the very bottom of the screen.
    • Your Zoi will literally give birth in the same place you click the option, so maybe take a look at your surroundings before deciding to mentally scar anyone.
  7. Pick a name for your new bundle of joy and get started on the journey into parenthood!

There is no actual guarantee you’ll get pregnant, so it’s likely you’ll need to try again if that happens.
