Unfortunately, there are several problems in too many areas related to education. For example, the safety of the students, the quality of teaching, the new laws, and much more. The saddest thing is that the children are the first affected, but in the long run, it will be worse for the whole country. However, the principal of a school in Pennsylvania shows us a silver lining with his philosophy of being like a big family with his students. That would be a school I would like to go to every day, one that motivates me to learn.

Redditor FewCollar227 shared on r/MadeMeSmile a video that belongs to zbauermaster’s Instagram. This video features a compilation of footage from a school where a teacher greets students, hugs them, or gives them high-fives. All the children responded with big smiles on their little faces and in a playful way, showing how much they appreciated this teacher. It is precisely this teacher who went viral within hours of this video.

Still, the video belongs precisely to the owner of the Instagram, Zac Bauermaster, the principal of Providence Elementary School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Zac is also a coach, a writer of several books about leadership, and has a podcast where he shares his ideology of giving his fatherly love to everyone in his school as one big family.

Seeing kids being kids and enjoying school is a breath of fresh air. It would be wonderful if all students, like the ones in this school, could have someone they could trust, who would listen to them and guide them when they need help. This is what all school districts, teachers, administrators, and mainly parents need to be involved with the students.
