We all know Xbox Game Pass is an excellent platform to play a plethora of titles at an accessible price. However, some don’t last forever. One of the best stealth games of 2022, Sniper Elite 5, has been available on Game Pass for a while, but it is sadly leaving soon. Assuming you’ve finished all the many games that joined the catalog this month, you still have a bit of time to rush this stealth-oriented mission and shoot a few Nazis in slow motion.
Sniper Elite 5 Leaves Xbox Game Pass on April 30, 2025
According to the official Game Pass site, Sniper Elite 5 will leave on April 30, 2025. We know it’s just one day away, but hey, gamers are capable of rushing through a lot of titles in a few hours— this could be one of them.
Sniper Elite 5 is an acclaimed stealth-oriented game from 2022 that brought some of the most replayable missions, an excellent multiplayer mode, and a lot of player agency when it comes to tackling objectives. Some even say it’s still far superior to the recent Sniper Elite: Resistance. Speaking of which, in case you don’t get a chance to fully play Sniper Elite 5, Sniper Elite: Resistance is also on Game Pass. Both play quite similarly and have an excellent campaign, so if you can’t tackle one, you’re always free to try the other.
7 More Games Are Leaving the Platform Soon
Aside from Sniper Elite 5, there are seven more games leaving Game Pass as well. If you didn’t know about them, here’s the complete list:

All the above-mentioned games are quite great and varied. Out of all of them, we recommend Sniper Elite 5, Have a Nice Death, and NHL 23 isn’t bad if you’re a sports fan. Yet, if you’ve played all of them already, remember that Game Pass just had one of its best weeks with the release of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Oblivion Remastered. The former is way shorter, and it is, currently, the highest-rated game of the year. On the other hand, Oblivion Remastered feels more like a remake of the 2006 classic. And, assuming you never played this Elder Scrolls adventure during its golden era, you’re in for a treat.
In any case, remember to grab these games before they leave, and if you’ve already removed them from your backlog, it’s time to move on because Game Pass never has a shortage of games, and with a new month coming up, we can only expect more to arrive.
