ICE has been on a bit of a tear as of late. Mass arrests, citizens dying in their holding cells, and now going on full-on military convoys to hunt down a single suspect. Many immigrants are in fear, as the prison they are getting deported to is notorious for being difficult to live in and dangerous. In the streets of Pasadena, stunning drone footage captured ICE as they began hunting down a suspect in the area who is extremely anti-ICE and immigration.
In a post by user mnrqz in the r/Ice_Raids Reddit page, you can see footage shared by ICE of an armored military brigade patrolling a Pasadena neighborhood in pursuit of a suspect believed to be sharing fliers posting names, numbers, and information about ICE across southern California. The fliers had a warning in Spanish that stated “CAREFUL WITH THESE FACES“
According to Migrant Insider, the suspect, who was not named, was arrested and charged. The investigation continues to determine whether anybody else helped carry out this illegal campaign. Folks on Reddit had plenty to say about the operation. ICE itself shared the footage to Fox News, as they clearly are hoping to send a message to other would-be perpetrators who target them in such a manner. With this much armored support, it’s clear that ICE is sending a message to anybody who would dare rise up against them, especially by posting their private information to the public.
