Another day, another raid. Yes, it sounds sad, but that’s the reality we live in. We all know that ICE is attempting to remove immigrants from the country. While it sometimes targets illegals in the country, it seems that racial profiling has led to many wrongful arrests that have targeted legal US citizens. One such situation happened in Rochester, New York, where a group of ICE agents mistakenly arrested a US citizen. This has led to many people believing that ICE is just doing racial profiling and randomly putting cuffs on people.
Redditor MobileWisdom shared the video where a group of ICE officers arrested several men in Rochester, New York. However, it seems that one of those men was a legal US citizen, which leads to viewers questioning the lack of competence by these agents and the tactics they are using to perform these random arrests.
As you can see, the men were inside a truck when the agents approached. ICE started yelling, “Are you opening this or not?” Soon after, you can hear the sound of glass breaking and the officers opening the vehicle’s doors to pull the people out. The ones filming ask if they have a warrant for them, and one of the agents answers, “Yeah.” The agents start forcefully dragging the men out of the car and lining them up on the sidewalk.
However, one of the men starts saying, “I’m a citizen.” But the agents don’t listen to this and continue with the arrest. The ones filming ask for his name, and he replies, “Jose Castor. I’m a citizen here. They just bashed my car window.” ICE asks him questions regarding weapons, and he replies, “We are working. Why would we have weapons?”
In the end, one of the people filming starts crying while the other says, “This is what America voted for,” as they step into their domicile.

Right now, it is unclear what happened with these people. But judging by recent events, they likely got wrongfully arrested, like many other citizens who have suffered from racial profiling by ICE.
