Women, unfortunately, have to deal with a lot these days. Whether it’s unfaithful partners, bigots, or sexists who don’t think they should be allowed to stay independent or refuse to have kids. One California influencer and TikToker was well on her way to an exciting marriage, but something in her gut just felt wrong. In a stunning video, she traded her gaudy ring for keys to her place and then confirmed that not only was her instinct right, since he cheated on her using three different apps.

Popular California TikTok user @miranda.kaye had initially gone viral when she shared videos about her “gut” not feeling right about her engagement. After four months of trying to stick it out, she went with her gut and gave back the ring and traded it for keys to her own place. The caption on the now viral video showing her furnishing her own cozy home says the following.

Of course I’ll be okay alone, I was for most of the relationship anyway.

It’s a simple yet powerful message that resonates with other women who understand what Miranda is going through and experiencing. In a new TikTok video, she shared that yes, her ex was indeed cheating, and he was doing so with three different apps. Not only that, he was spending $25 a week to commit to his cheating ways.

Many women shared their stories on her videos, and the love and response was overwhelming.

“Honestly sick looking back how much my ex was spending on dating apps / hook up apps over the 7 years while taking money from me to fund his addiction.. I had no idea💀🤦🏽‍♀️”

“It must feel so good to be able to breathe. I will get there soon.”

“Amen queen♥️♥️now spoil yourself you deserve it so much”

“Sad we had to go through this, but we’re better for it 💕”

“I may still be sad, but the girl begging him to be better months ago is so proud of me right now.”

Ladies, make sure you do what you must, and trust your gut above all else. It will almost always steer you in the right direction.
