Getting pulled over is stressful enough when you know you’ve done something wrong. But when you believe you’re following the rules, the experience can feel both unfair and overwhelming. That’s how one motorcyclist in Las Vegas described his morning commute, when a traffic stop led to accusations of bias, a heated back-and-forth with an officer, and a ticket he insists should never have been written.

The man shared several clips showing his exchange with an officer, where he accused her of discrimination and insisted he had done nothing to justify being stopped. One caption read, “I wasn’t doing anything wrong, just going to work in the morning, when suddenly a police officer came up behind me and stopped me… I even showed that my motorcycle is legal. If you look, there’s a green sticker on the back of my plate, valid until 2026.” He added that despite presenting proof of insurance and registration, he was issued multiple fines.

The motorcyclist filmed the encounter as the officer inspected his vehicle and paperwork. He can be heard telling her, “I show you my number, my everything. That is not correct. No, no.” At one point, he recorded the officer’s license plate, prompting her to respond, “Oh wow, what you gonna do with that?” According to the officer, the rider had failed to stop at a stop sign and attempted to flee, which he strongly denied. “No, I stopped. That’s not correct,” he told her, maintaining that all of his documents were valid. Despite his protests, the officer issued him a lengthy ticket, citing suspended registration, lack of proof of insurance, and other violations. His vehicle was also towed.

The rider accused her of bias during the confrontation. “You don’t like Muslim. You’re racist,” he said, while repeating that his license and insurance were up to date. He also explained in the caption of one of his videos that his limited English made it difficult to defend himself properly during the stop.

Here’s What Netizens Are Saying About the Las Vegas Biker’s Case

The videos, which were chopped up in certain crucial areas, have mostly left people in the comments divided. Some commenters sided with the rider, saying they had gone through similar experiences. “They did that to me too bro. Forces you to go to court,” one person wrote. Another advised, “Get a lawyer if you have everything to date. Also file a complaint on that officer.”

Others, however, defended the officer’s actions. “I’m so tired of people claiming cops are racist just because they break the law and didn’t get away with it,” one wrote. Another added, “Muslim is not a race. There are many races who are Muslim. Besides you’re just as white as he is.” Some stressed that the matter should be left for the courts. “Don’t argue with them. If you have the proof, show it to a judge. He will dismiss the case,” a user suggested. Still, some remained skeptical of the rider’s claims, with one comment reading, “Motorcycle drivers are always breaking the law. I rarely ever see one following the rules.”
