He is thrilled with his relationship, career, and seemingly happy with just about everything in his life these days. That is, except for one incident that was allegedly brought on by his ex-wife, Katie Holmes, and he is making sure she is aware of it.
Just as Tom Cruise was moving through life on his terms, his past seemingly made an unwelcome appearance, or someone from his past, that is. Recent reports indicate that Tom is furious with his ex-wife, Katie Holmes, over a move she made months ago.
While many insiders believe that Katie Holmes’ surprising ‘like’ on a post about Tom and girlfriend Ana de Armas’ growing romance may have been accidental, Tom is not buying into it.
Radar Online insiders say that even though Katie quickly deleted the like, she was not quick enough to go unnoticed by numerous fans who couldn’t believe their eyes. She was also too slow to avoid the drama escalating at a rapid speed and finding its way back to Tom.
Katie Holmes Unphased By Tom Cruise’s Harsh Reaction
Sources close to Tom Cruise claim the Top Gun star is not happy with Katie Holmes stirring up the drama pot. He doesn’t see Katie’s act as a mistake. The two haven’t spoken in years. So he was reportedly “shocked” to see her engaging with his personal life again. To him, the move came off as intrusive and unsettling.
“He’s been very clear that he doesn’t want her involved in his life at all. He is prepared to send her that message through their people,” the Cruise informant states. “To him, it feels like she’s deliberately provoking him.”
As previously reported, Tom Cruise is ready and eager to take the next step with Ana de Armas. That is, as long as she agrees to his terms. The first one is that she agrees to and signs off on his ironclad prenup. Secondly, he allegedly wants to marry soon. Tom reportedly wants to start a new family with Ana before his upcoming 64th birthday. Which is in July.
While insiders reveal the actor has been carefully orchestrating every move of this romance, true to his famously micromanaging ways. He hasn’t officially popped the question yet. But he is making sure every detail is in place when the time is right.
He is not willing to let anything, or anyone, namely his ex-wife Katie Holmes, interfere with his plans. So if that means sending Katie a harsh warning to back off, he has no problem with it. As for Holmes, she doesn’t appear to be letting Cruise’s attitude bring her down.
