The number of crazy things RFK Jr. has been doing to our youth as of late is incredibly disheartening. From wanting to end mental health screenings in schools to blaming vaccines for autism, it paints a terrifying picture for our country. In fact, an Illinois pediatrician is revealing a recent decision RFK Jr and his vaccine panel are pushing to make. Apparently, RFK’s vaccine panel is set to recommend delaying the Hepatitis B vaccine for children.
Dr. Rubin posted on his TikTok about the horrific outcome, putting more people in danger of Hepatitis B, especially amongst children. According to Dr. Rubin, the vaccine would be delayed to 4 years old as opposed to 24 hours old. That’s four whole years of children potentially experiencing chronic liver disease, not to mention the money those families would then spend on healthcare.
Dr. Rubin uses his knowledge of Hepatitis B to inform people of the threat. He says you can transmit it easily between people, especially if you have a cut or open wound. If the vaccine is so easily meant to protect children, why are we taking this option away? Dr. Rubin states that over 90% of cases of Hepatitis B end in chronic liver disease in children. So not only is your child suffering regularly, but they may need a transplant down the road if it progresses enough.
Commenters, especially parents, understood the fear in his words. One commenter stated, “RFK’s decisions will make us a much sicker nation.” Another person said, “What happened to IT SHOULD BE THE PARENTS’ CHOICE?!” Others claim parents will still have the choice to vaccinate.
My question then is, will it come out of the pockets of parents? It’s not unheard of for insurance companies to weasel their way out of a healthcare bill. I can see it now: insurance companies denying coverage for the vaccine because it isn’t deemed ‘necessary.’
In the end, seeing what RFK Jr. is doing makes you want to believe he’s just trying to make us sicker. With his constant barrage of misleading claims on vaccines, this is just another lie under his belt. What’s next? Is he going to prevent the polio vaccine from being used?
