There has been a large wave of doxxing anyone who is against Charlie Kirk following his death. It even reached the point where Kirk’s supporters started getting people fired. One example is an Arizona woman who was left heartbroken after being fired from her job. Apparently, she spoke against Kirk and said things such as that words have consequences. Well, MAGA didn’t exactly leave her alone. They didn’t just get her fired, but they then claimed that she was lying and wasn’t fired, so more people would attack her. This made the woman post a video showing how she received a letter of recommendation from her previous job. This easily confirms that she was telling the truth. Now that she has no source of income, the former employee decided to start a GoFundMe. People definitely didn’t let her down.
The Arizona woman shared another video saying that she got fired after being doxxed. She also shared how those who did this were even harassing her former co-workers for just answering the phone. You could see how emotional she was at the fact that people were actually donating to her GoFundMe. She even told the “MAGA losers” who got her fired that they just gave her more time to speak up and annoy them. Those behind what happened are probably not delighted at the fact that the GoFundMe was more than successful. Currently, people have raised over $75,000 for the Arizona woman. This shows you that not everyone is okay with people losing their jobs over freedom of speech. Hopefully, this money would support her until she gets back on her feet.
People Reacting to the Arizona Woman Getting Fired
People didn’t just support the Arizona woman by donating, but they also supported her in the comments. One person believed that MAGA are against free speech as they said, “Republicans despise freedom of speech.” Another person found that the way Republicans were behaving currently is hypocritical. “All of a sudden republicans LOVE cancel culture,” they wrote. Someone else was upset that people couldn’t express their opinions when Kirk himself was saying what many considered to be terrible things. “All of a sudden we cant voice our opinions but Charlie kirk could even tho he was making racist, sexist, and homophobic opinions,” they said. Several people also encouraged the woman to sue the company, as one person said, “Now you can sue them for wrongful termination and while you do, you have more time to make content.”
Not everyone supported the Arizona woman, though, since several comments celebrated her being fired. One person even said, “Babe, no… You got fired because of the horrible things that you said about a person who is dead. You said his kids were better off without him… Freedom of speech does not Trump freedom of consequence. Your words got you fired.” Someone else then wrote that the woman was evil, as they said, “You said in a public video that you believed two little girls were better off without their father. That’s not left vs right. That’s called evil. What happens in your personal life is not of interest to many people. But your words were evil and the callousness and hatred you c spread in your video created more harm than you can imagine.” What happened is still not okay.
