There have been several incidents where people who didn’t support Charlie Kirk’s destroyed or disrupted memorials hosted for him. A recent example happened in Arkansas where two sisters vandalized a memorial made for Kirk. In a video filmed of the two one of them was saying, “F**k Charlie Kirk. He lived as he died promoting violence.” She then raised her hands and gave those who were filming them two middle fingers. It didn’t stop here as she also kicked the candles placed on the ground for Kirk. During this, her sister was standing right beside her. It had been said that the sister was also involved in the vandalism, but this didn’t appear in the video. Luckily for the two sisters, they ended up receiving a lot of support online.
After what the Arkansas sisters did, Charlie Kirk supporters came together to dox them. They managed to do exactly that. The two sisters were also arrested so they now have legal fees to pay. This made them start a GoFundMe where they wrote, “MY SIBLING AND I WERE ARRESTED FOR THIS PROTEST. WE HAVE BEEN THREATENED, DOXXED, HARASSED, AND FIRED. PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING FOR LEGAL COUNSEL AND COURT FEES.” The one between them who was organizing the GoFundMe also said that what happened to their sister is a “direct violation of their first amendment rights and unconstitutional.” Surprisingly, the internet raised for them $22K. It helps that those who wanted to attack the two girls kept donating $5 so that they could leave comments saying that they deserved what happened. Well, this is quite dumb, honestly, because that money will only help the sisters more.
People Reacting to the Unhinged Arkansas Sisters
While the two Arkansas sisters faced a lot of backlash from Kirk’s supporters, there were a lot of people who supported them. In fact, a video posted by the Daily Mail that tried to mock the sisters by saying they were “jobless” and “begging for cash” ended up helping them. When the video was posted, the GoFundMe was at $14K. Thanks to the video, more people decided to help the two girls. Most of the comments also made it clear that they were going to donate to them. “Give this queen cash‼!” one person wrote. Another person told people how to find the fundraiser as they said, “look up ‘kaylee rollo gofundme’ on Google‼ that’s where everyone that wants to can donate.” This made someone else reply and say “mental illness.” I mean, as one TikTok user pointed out, conservatives raised money for a woman who said the n-word. No one is better than the other.
There were also a lot of comments that asked about the Arkansas sisters’ GoFundMe. For example, one person asked, “where’s their gofundme?” Another person was shocked that people in the comments actually supported the two girls as they said, “The fact 90 percent of these comments are supporting these girls scares me.” There was also someone who pointed out why Charlie Kirk deserves the hate in their opinion. “Man was a racist, sexists and despicable person, he doesn’t deserve to be celebrated or even recognized. Did more bad than good, wasn’t a Christian, used Christianity as a justification to be a terrible and racist human being,” they wrote. Let’s just say that they didn’t receive kind responses. Despite the different opinions, the sisters are actually lucky that people ended up helping them.
