Concerts are meant to bring people together for fun and music, not places where others are harmed or their safety is ignored. It is the normal thing to respect employees at venues, but a deranged Missouri Black teen didn’t do that. At an NBA YoungBoy concert, everyone was having a great time at T-Mobile Center before things went downhill. A 66-year-old employee there, named Thomas Schlange, went to talk with a Black teen over the seat he was occupying. It turned out that his ticket didn’t match the seat he was sitting in. Instead of simply going to the right seat, the teen completely lost it. He started attacking the old employee without considering that he could seriously harm him.
In a video filmed of the Missouri attack, you see the teen pushing Schlange to the ground, and he ends up between two rows of chairs. Schlange seemed to be trying to calm the boy, but he started slapping the older man’s hands away whenever he tried to touch him. Quickly, the slaps turned into punches as he delivered one punch after another. All of this was happening while people at the concert were filming. After some punches, the teen stopped, but he then resumed his attack. Finally, someone decided to intervene and pull him away. What was kind of sad was how Schlange put his hands on his face, as if he were in disbelief about what had just happened. According to FOX4, the teen was arrested but “has since been released to their parents as police continue to investigate.” He should face consequences.
People Reacting to the Deranged Missouri Black Teen’s Brutal Attack
People were left shocked by the attack on the Missouri employee and by how the teen acted. Since he was released after his arrest, several people believed that he should be in jail without looking at his age. “Put him in prison and give the old man all his money,” one person wrote. This made another person reply and say, “He probably doesn’t have any money,” which is a good guess. Some people also found it insane that a teen would have no problem with attacking an older man. “What a tough guy taking down a 60 year old, f**king clown,” one person wrote. Someone else then said, “Then released him to his parents. They should’ve kept him locked up for a while. I don’t care if he’s a minor. If he wants to act tough he can be tough in an adult jail.” This will teach him a lesson.
Of course, almost all comments felt bad for the Missouri man. One person even wrote, “Imagine going to a concert as an employee and getting attacked just because you’re doing your job, that shit is just f**ked up.” Others were more upset about the fact that people just stood there and watched the attack happen. “I understand bystander effect and all, but this one really pissed me off too. Sure, no one wants to get involved in altercations then get themselves hurt in the process, but all it would’ve taken is a good choke hold on this pos to pull him off. Infuriating,” another person wrote. This made some people point out that there was nothing anyone there could have done. They would have probably gotten hurt as well. At least someone did pull away the boy in the end.
