Missouri Family Left Furious After Walmart Driver Idiotically Vandalizes Their House: ‘Now They Have to Buy You a New House’

Yeah, I would have been upset too

Imagine ordering something from Walmart only for your house to be vandalized once your order arrives. This is what happened to a Missouri family that was left furious after a Walmart delivery. The driver who brought their groceries decided to write their house number on the house. According to him, he needed to take a picture of the groceries with the number showing. I have never heard of that. What is even more insane is the fact that the family had several signs with their house number on them. So why couldn’t the driver just film the groceries near one of the signs? In another video, a man from the family showed how they have their house number in four different places. There was no reason for the driver to write the house number down.

For some reason, @Walmart delivery driver wrote our house number on the wall of our house for a confirmation photo? WE HAVE NUMBERS ON OUR HOUSE, WHICH MAKES THIS CONFUSING!! #walmart #delivery #wtf #5233

You might think that the Missouri family shouldn’t be that upset about what the Walmart delivery driver did. They have every right, though, since their house is basically vandalized. The man had tried different ways to clean the number off the house. So far, he has posted five different videos of himself using different products to clean the house. He tried alcohol, magic eraser, acetone, spray sunscreen, Dry Erase marker, shaving cream, WD-40, and Off Deep Woods. None of them worked. Now, people are leaving hundreds of comments suggesting what he should use next. I would have been livid, but I honestly want to know what kind of sharpie the driver used. This would be a good advertisement idea.

People Reacting to the Missouri Family’s House Being Vandalized

A lot of people were upset by what the Missouri Walmart driver did. After all, they agreed that he didn’t need to write the number down. Since the house is now vandalized, one person joked and said, “now they have to buy you a new house.” A person who works at Walmart also clarified that they don’t need to send any pictures of house numbers. “I deliver groceries for Walmart, you DON’T have to take a picture with the house number,” they wrote. Then was the driver just trying a new sharpie or what? Another person called this vandalism even before knowing that the sharpie wasn’t getting erased. “That’s vandalism,” they wrote. Someone who works at Domino’s also explained that the driver could have acted differently even if there were no house numbers in sight. They said:

“As a Domino’s driver, yes, we take pictures or else people will be calling us, and saying their order wasn’t delivered, just to get free food!, if there is no number, I pick any detail of the house, to remember the house, if they call, and say no food was delivered, I describe what was outside their home, AND BOOM BUSTED!, that driver had no need to write the number.”

Under the videos posted by the Missouri family of their cleaning attempts, people started suggesting a lot of different ways to remove the sharpie. Since nothing worked so far, one woman wrote, “Honestly just end up painting over it but this is very entertaining.” That might be the only option. The only good thing here Is that the family can now make a series about cleaning the sharpie. They might even gain some money from TikTok. I would also love to know what product would end up working in the end. So far, everything I thought of didn’t work.
