A Montana woman sitting inside a Walmart tire center, waiting to have her tires replaced, decided to narrate to her TikTok followers about some thefts she allegedly witnessed involving customers walking out of the store with unpaid merchandise. The woman first explained that she was in “the square building” of the Walmart auto center, located in the back corner of the property, far from the main store entrance. Only a few shoppers were inside, she said, when she first noticed strange activity.
“At first, we see this lady come up,” she says, pointing toward a motorized shopping scooter that had been left behind. “She parks that there and then gets up, no problems walking whatsoever, and just walks out the door to her vehicle like nothing happened.” A few minutes later, two younger girls also appeared with a cart “full of stuff like boxed DVD sets or games.” According to the woman, they didn’t have any shopping bags or receipts and began walking faster and faster toward the exit. After making it out the door, they split up and ran to their vehicles, still pushing the full carts.
However, unbeknownst to the woman narrating the crimes she witnessed, another customer that had been casually moving back and forth across the tire center was about to make her own move. At first, the person seemed to be looking for something, and she barely called much attention to herself in the background of the video. But when she returned with a shopping cart full of items, she suddenly bolted for the exit, running outside like her life depended on it.
The customer recording couldn’t believe what she had just witnessed. Laughing in shock, she said, “She knew I was filming. There’s no way she didn’t know. She walked back here three times like she was looking for an employee, and then just ran out with a full shopping cart of groceries. Are you kidding me?”
What Viewers Said About the Alleged Walmart Tire Center Thefts in Montana
Several netizens flooded the video with reactions ranging from humor to disbelief. “I’ve helped people find something only to find the same thing I help them find stolen later on,” one viewer wrote. Another quipped, “I didn’t see nothing,” suggesting they’d rather stay out of the chaos. Some people found humor in how closely the theft mirrored the woman’s earlier narration. “Lmao 🤣 as she just role-played your whole story!” read one comment. Someone else added, “You got to be kidding 😆 but seriously that’s not funny… Walmart is getting too expensive.”
Others pointed out that not all Walmart stores would allow such a scene to unfold. “Our tire center has a locked door. You cannot exit that door unless they buzz you out,” one person shared. “Literally a camera at eye level capturing their faces and Walmart is notorious for letting it get to grand larceny before pressing charges 😂😂,” said another commenter.
