ICE can’t stop, won’t stop, sort of like a certain hip-hop mogul serving some time up North. If it’s not massive protests or controversial tactics when they decide to sweep an area and deport the locals, it’s downright bewildering the things they do to draw unwanted attention to themselves and their agency. Considering the negative PR surrounding them and Trump already, perhaps they don’t care. One tie-dye fashion display is drawing ire in New York, as an immigration court agent has caused a ruckus online.
In a post shared to the EyesonIce Reddit page by user kenistod, an ICE agent is pictured next to a pair of United States flags, wearing a ridiculous tie-dye shirt, a full mask, and tattoos on full display. This was taken in Federal Immigration Court in New York, where there is no shortage of ICE drama and deportations, and this agent posing just set the world on fire. Why wear a mask if your tattoos are on show and can so easily identify you? The internet went wild, and here is what they had to say.
“He looks like a Fortnite skin that no one wants to play.”
“ICE Agent or Neo Nazi? It’s really hard to tell these days 🙄”
“Another MS-13 gang member, document those tattoos and deport him”
“HE HAS WAY TOO MANY MS-13 TATTOOS TO BE AN AGENT OF ANYTHING. /less than serious but not sarcastic”
“And Maga acts like people shouldn’t be fleeing from this person… Like if this person tried to abduct me out of my car there’s no way I’d believe he was law enforcement… Also ice has no jurisdiction over us citizens anyway.”
“I’m somehow supposed to believe this is patriotism. Flag is hung backwards and he is leaning on it.”
Hopefully in the New Year coming up, we don’t get so much ICE drama, but with the tie-dye warrior looking like this inside a Federal courthouse, the odds of that are looking very slim.
