You can’t share a hateful and racist opinion if there are skeletons in your own closet, right? Well, you would think that a Wisconsin woman would have thought about that before she made some racist statements for the world to hear. However, she didn’t. And now she’s being called out for what she said about “illegal immigrants” since she, herself, has a criminal record. It really shows that you need to watch what you say, especially on social media where everybody knows you.
Online Unc (@dudeinthedurag) posted a TikTok video about a recent viral video posted by Vanie Kay (@thevaniekay). In Vanie’s video, she proclaims, “Raise your hand if you support ICE deporting every illegal back to where they came from.” Vanie then raises her hand to show she supports them. Now, this disgusting display of hatred for immigrants isn’t enough. Apparently, Vanie didn’t consider that her criminal history would be made public.
As Unc shows in his video, Vanie was actually arrested for driving drunk while pregnant. Uncle goes on to say, “Is not very pro-life of you.” He then adds, “She also likes to get very high” and shows a second arrest record. In that instance, Vanie was charged with marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Unc states, “Oh, so you make drugs as well!” He goes on to say, “I actually feel a lot safer around immigrants than I do around someone who chooses to get into their vehicle and drive while intoxicated. I would feel a lot safer around somebody who just came across the border than I would around you. ESPECIALLY in a vehicle.”
Unc makes the best point as he says, “I just think it’s so interesting how it’s always the ones that have the biggest rap sheet calling other people out.” That’s incredibly true and pretty hilarious, when you think about it. As one commenter stated on Unc’s video, “Vanessa is the OG immigrant.” Apparently, Vanessa, also known as Vanie, hailed from Ireland. That means she’s an immigrant herself. But because she isn’t a brown immigrant, apparently, this means she counts, and they don’t. I’ll never understand this mindset at all. But whatever floats her racist boat.
