While plenty of Americans will argue that other Presidents throughout the years have been better or worse than the current one, there’s no doubt that Trump is one of the most unprofessional out of them all. One perfect example would be when the MAGA mastermind was visiting a Ford assembly plant in Michigan and flipped off an employee for calling him out for being connected with Epstein. Unfortunately for the worker, his own company betrayed him for government rep points and had him suspended.
Editor’s note: This article was originally headlined with incorrect wording regarding the nature of the Ford employee’s termination. It previously read “fired” when “suspended” is correct.
On the flip side, TJ Sabula, the Ford ex-employee who was wrongfully suspended, doesn’t seem too bothered by his firing and even saw the incident as a positive. “I don’t feel as though fate looks upon you often – and when it does, you better be ready to seize the opportunity,’ Sabula quoted per Brian Tyler Cohen on X. Thousands are praising Sabula as a patriot for standing up against Trump during these trying times with a tyrannical administration. Almost $100K has been raised for him on GoFundMe, as losing your job in this economy is an awful thing to happen to one’s livelihood.
People are also singing Sabula’s praises across Reddit: “I will NEVER buy a POS ford. TJ Sabula is a Hero,” says one commenter. “That guy has more integrity than the about 95% of his government,” adds a second. “booo ford that worker was CORRECT,” exclaimed a third. Political commentator Cohen agreed with the masses, agreeing that “Ford has caved to MAGA pressure,” resulting in an innocent worker losing his job.
This story isn’t too far off from when Disney folded to Trump’s wishes and suspended Jimmy Kimmel for his comments about Charlie Kirk. The people’s voice won in the end, but the fact that a megacorporation worth billions of dollars is listening to what people refer to as a barbaric fascist leader is quite telling. Now that Ford has shown who its leaders follow regarding politics, it’ll be interesting to see whether its stock prices are affected.
