The exact reason for his outburst has not been officially confirmed, but the person who filmed and shared the incident on TikTok claimed in the comments that the dispute stemmed from the man being told he could not use a Disney discount on a purchase for Disneyland’s exclusive Nutties treat.
From the outset of the clip, the male Karen could be heard yelling, “You’re not sorry. I had to discuss it yesterday,” at employees who stood behind the counter, remaining calm and refusing to engage with him. One of the cast members appeared to be speaking on the phone, possibly contacting security to report the situation.
A small crowd also began to form inside the store as some guests stopped to watch. But despite the growing audience, the man showed no signs of calming down and instead continued to vent, at least until a woman walking past the shop decided to intervene.
