A woman in Los Angeles, California, decided to walk to a coffee shop one day and relax. Little did she know that she was about to be stalked relentlessly by a creepy man. Despite a restraining order in place, little to nothing has been done, with the police even telling her to “get a dog.”
The stalked woman, Taylor, shared a TikTok showing different doorbell recordings of the man walking up to her door, knocking on it, or even attempting to open it. The bald man, unnamed, walked up to the California woman’s door with a variety of outfits. Given her growing hair, this occurred over a prolonged period.
One recording shows the man staring at Taylor’s home from the adjacent highway. In another instance, the man is shown stealing a couple of outdoor doormats. According to her TikTok, the man has walked up to her apartment a total of 8 times, but given the video’s limited length, he could’ve visited her far more often.
According to Taylor, this frightening situation occurred after she visited a Hollywood coffee shop. Two days later, the man started showing up at her home, but she theorized that he might have been watching her the minute she stepped inside the establishment.
Police Arrive, Dog Suggestion, Reactions
The clip shows two Los Angeles Police Department officers arriving at her home. The California woman detailed that she called the cops after the man appeared at her home for the sixth time. According to him, the officers told her to get a roommate or a dog for her protection.
While the woman claims she has a restraining order against the man, it appears that her nightmare is far from over. That’s why many in the comments suggested she move out of her home in California. She, however, said that moving would be expensive, and she is unable to pay for it at this time.
“Unfortunately, you have to move. This is nuts!” one user said. Another one commented, “Being dismissed by police is very demoralizing.” A third one wrote, “If you need to move and need us to donate, please set up a GoFundMe. This is insane.”
Hopefully, the LAPD will do something about this man, and Taylor will be able to find somewhere where she can live without fear.
