As seen in a widely circulated video, the homeowner promptly confronted them, strongly demanding the agents’ exit and accusing them of trespassing. His refusal to back down was palpable, and he became increasingly vocal about the sanctity of his rights on his own land.
Throughout the exchange, the homeowner invoked both the Fourth and Second Amendments, making it clear that he believed the agents were overstepping their legal bounds.
