It is almost unbelievable to see that Pokemon is reaching its 30-year milestone and that Pokemon Go, which has grown in a monumental way is now approaching its 10th anniversary. To celebrate both of these events, the mobile game is kicking off festivities with a new feature that many trainers will love. Pokemon Go has just launched the “What’s Your Favorite” in-game camera app feature, which allows all players to capture moments with their favorite pocket creatures and share them with others.

Pokemon Go ‘What’s Your Favorite’ Is Available Now

As you can see in the video, Pokemon Go now allows players to take photos with their Pokémon thanks to the “What’s Your Favorite” feature. To use it, you just have to pick a Pokémon, even one you still don’t have, and take a picture with it. The in-game app also has several customization features, such as stickers, a timer to let you capture that perfect pose, and more.

Furthermore, “What’s Your Favorite” also brings special research tasks for new and veteran Pokemon Go players. Newcomers will receive a Gengar encounter, 100 PokéCoins, and 30 Poké Balls after using this feature. Veterans trainers, however, will receive up to 10,000 Stardust, five rare candies, and one Lucky Egg, so jumping into this new in-game app is really recommended if you want the goodies.

This is an excellent time to bring new trainers in, especially since Pokemon Go has grown considerably since its launch. There are so many Pokémon ready to be captured, and several new systems that make it feel like one of the most complete Pokémon experiences in the market. But if you’re a trainer who doesn’t miss their daily PokéStop spin, why not take a picture with some of your faithful partners? They deserve the spotlight, too.

In any case, this is just the beginning of the festivities, and we can only imagine that this year will be huge for Pokemon Go. So, while we wait for other anniversary announcements, make sure to try out the “What’s Your Favorite” feature in Pokemon Go, and share your favorite companions with the whole community. There are even some rewards waiting for you and a whole new adventure for the soon-to-be trainers.
